6K a year 4 hours ago 4 hours ago 4 hours ago SUMMARY The Gwynedd Mercy University Admissions Office Coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure prospective students and families have an excellent admissions experience.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Operations, the Admissions Office Coordinator creates a warm and welcoming environment for campus guests, answers the phones and responds to email in a friendly manner, and provides data management support.
This position includes some limited evening and weekend work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Hospitality Greets visitors, ascertains their needs, and directs them to the appropriate staff member or department on campus Answers the telephone and responds to emails regarding admission and degree requirements and/or routes calls/emails to the appropriate office in a friendly and customer-focused manner Schedules and confirms appointments and registrations for campus visits and events in the CRM.
Participates in on-campus programs as needed Data Management Inputs application and inquiry data to Enrollment Management databases (Slate and Perceptives).
Codes campus visits in Customer Relationship Management system (Slate) Uploads transcripts, standardized test scores, and other necessary documents to individual student files Office Management Manages the Admissions visit calendar Maintains inventory of admissions fulfillment materials and assists in the coordination of direct mail operations.
Manages office and visit supplies and ensures visit spaces are well maintained Supervises Work Study students as needed to ensure an atmosphere of hospitality, responsibility, and accountability Greets visitors, ascertains their needs, and directs them to the appropriate staff member or department on campus Answers the telephone and responds to emails regarding admission and degree requirements and/or routes calls/emails to the appropriate office in a friendly and customer-focused manner Schedules and confirms appointments and registrations for campus visits and events in the CRM.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
